Community Update May 22, 2015

We want to thank the customers who have been patient while we address the problem with SPAM posts during the late night / early morning hours. We will be launching the enhancement for this problem on June 11th, 2015, which means we will need to continue to be block commenting during the overnight hours until that date.


Monday, May 25, we will be able to reduce the time when posting new comments will not be available. Starting on Monday the commenting will be closed from 3AM to 5AM ET. We realize this is an inconvenience to customers who use the QVC forums during these specific hours and want to thank those customers for their patience while we complete the fix which is scheduled for June 11.


This weekend  (May 22 - May 24) the commenting will continue to be closed from 1AM to 7AM ET. The new time will begin on Monday and last until the enhancements are launched on June 11.
