Security Enhancements with You in Mind

We see you as an important member of our QVC family, which is why we want to help protect your personal information and give you peace of mind when shopping with us. To enhance your security, we're switching from a 4-digit PIN to a password on QVC.com and most QVC apps.


If you have a QVC account, continue to sign in with your 4-digit PIN until you are prompted to create a password.









 



If you wish to update your account now, please Create a New Password. You must first sign in using your email address and existing 4-digit PIN.


Please keep in mind that, you’ll still need to use your 4-digit PIN when placing orders through Automated Ordering and Text Ordering, even after you have a password. However, once you have a password, your PIN will no longer work on QVC.com or the QVC apps.


Here are answers to some common questions about this change:


Why doesn’t my password work?
In the past few weeks, we began the transition from 4-digit PIN to Password on QVC.com and most QVC Apps. Unless you’ve recently created a password for QVC, please use your 4-digit PIN when signing in. We’ll soon prompt you to create a password.


If you have a QCard, please note that your QCard User ID and password are different than your QVC.com password.


How do I create my Password?
Easily create your password by visiting the Password page within My Account. When you are prompted to sign in, use your existing 4-digit PIN. Once successfully signed in, you can create a new password and security question.


Why won’t the QVC iPhone/iPad app take my password?
Updates are now available for both the QVC iPhone and QVC iPad apps to allow for sign in using your password. They can be downloaded from the app store.


Do I need both a password and a 4-digit PIN to shop with QVC?
A password will be used to shop or manage your account on QVC.com and QVC mobile apps. You’ll still need a 4-digit PIN for Automated Ordering via phone (800-345-1212) or Text Ordering.


What should I do if my account is suspended?


For your account protection, entering an incorrect 4-digit PIN or password too many times may result in account suspension. To reset your access or for more information, please call Customer Service at 1-888-345-5788.
