UPDATE: Sign-In Screen In Community- Resolved

Earlier today we corrected an issue with the log-in field on our QVC Community website. We identified a similar issue with the InsideQ magazine website, which we are now correcting.


We determined that this issue was caused by a recent programming change that intermittently populated the member ID field of the log-in page with the member ID of a different person who previously logged-in to the site. We want you to know that this issue only occurred on inactive login pages, which means that users were not actually able to log-in to any QVC account from the pages where the issue occurred. Within hours of discovering the issue we identified the programming change that caused this to occur and took appropriate corrective measures. We are currently doing a full assessment of the website to ensure this problem has been fully resolved. There is no indication that any user's account was inappropriately accessed or viewed during the time that this condition existed.
