We want to make you aware that maintenance is scheduled for our website TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9th—from approximately 1:00 am - 6:30 am, Eastern Time.  We’ve listed the areas that may be affected during this time.


 


QVC.com Features UNAVAILABLE During Maintenance:


Sign in with Email address (you’ll be able to Sign in with your QVC customer number and PIN, or place your order using  Automated Ordering at 800.345.1212 or by calling 888.345.5788.)

Mobile Apps:


During the maintenance period, if you use QVC’s Apps for iPhone, Android, Blackberry, iPad or use QVC Mobile Services, you will be able to Sign In to use SpeedBuy with your QVC customer number and PIN. Although Email address Sign in will not be available, you can place your order using Automated Ordering at 800.345.1212 or by using the “call to order” feature on your mobile device.  Viewing items recently on air will be disabled, but all other mobile functions are anticipated to be available.
