Hello my friends!

This week I asked you to share photos of how your pets help you with those fitness-related New Years Resolutions on my Facebook page!! I know my little "zoo" keeps me going, whether it's walking the pups, chasing the kitties around the house, or being inspired by the birds! 1. Asta, Dottie, Maddie and Willis are ready to get out of the house and start riding!

2. Axel coaches his momma, Michelle, to "keep on keepin' on" as they get their steps in! 

3. Deb says her and her little Lucy are feeling like couch potatoes in the cold weather! LOL!

4. Adorable Dixie Belle running for the ball...her mom says she loves to play fetch!

5. Max and Ruby are two lucky pups! Enjoying the warm weather in the home state of Arizona!

6. Kathy says her baby Izzy loves the outdoors but the frigid temperatures are keeping her inside!

7. My Facebook friend Kim, shared this picture of her 3 furry friends heading out for their walk!

8. Marlene shared with me a picture of her rescue pup, Baby. She says they walk twice daily, rain or snow! Way to go Marlene and Baby!!

9. Rigby looks like he might be a handful...good for chasing around the house!!

10. Roxanne says her little one, Mia, is ready for her bike ride! How CUTE!!

11. Miss Pink (what an adorable name!!) is all ready to go walking in her new coat!

13. Jill says Murphy is ALWAYS ready and willing to play, and that he is helping to keep them FIT in 2015!

14. Tracie says that her baby, Nelson, has requested for his new years resolution that they take more walks in 2015...she hopes that will keep her more active! Here they are on the way to the park on a chilly day.

15. My Facebook friend Patricia sent in this picture of Baby during warmer times. She says, "She looks like a baby seal here, and was clearly not using her Fitbit yet!" LOL!

16. Wow, what an inspiration! This is Roxanne, who is a part of the "Phoenix Rising" rescue, and she just got her wheels! My Facebook friend Peggy says, "you should see her go!!" She is looking for a family...we all hope she finds one!

17. Denise says their new 10-week-old Golden pup, Phoebe, is the reason they're up early every day! Sounds like a pretty good reason to me

18. "What do you mean this machine is for YOU??"

19. "Ok Mom, I'm ready to go out now, let's just get this over with!!"

20. Sharon says, "Rain or shine, Truly needs to get her walk in and at least one good game of ball! Smooch, my little Teddy Bear gets his exercise by chasing Truly while he's playing ball. This is what gets me up and going every morning!"

21. Coopy loves to run and his mom, Vicki, has to try and keep up! Good luck Vicki!!

22. Kelly says she loves to talk her baby, Raz, for walks in the community park to stay active!
