QVC's Sunday Best Recap for 9/18/11

by on ‎09-21-2011 11:45 AM

If you missed QVC’s Sunday Best, you missed two hours of the best of everything at QVC. You also missed host Dan Hughes who had the day off. Dan will return next Sunday, but it was such a pleasure to have host Sandra Bennett fill in this week. She helped bring the girl power along with me and host Carolyn Gracie! And if you missed the show, you also missed meeting Carolyn’s dogs, Johnny and Jimmy, who helped demonstrate the Thundershirt (M26135).

It was neat to learn about this new product that's designed to help ease anxiety in dogs. The concept of the Thundershirt is similar to that of swaddling a baby. The Thundershirt is a wrap that applies constant pressure to a dog's torso, which in turn creates a dramatic calming effect. This is a great product for dogs that suffer from separation anxiety, are frightened by thunder or loud noises, or have anxiety when traveling.

Speaking of travelling, the Garmin 2300LM 4.3" GPS (E167339) can be a real time and money saver when driving. Not only will the Garmin guide you along the quickest route to your destination, but it can also track the most fuel-efficient route and save you money on gas. Another feature that saves you money in the long run is the lifetime map update. For as long as you own the system, Garmin will update the maps and points of interest for free.

Next time you get in your car, take a look at the space between the seats and the center console. If you were to look in the space between my driver's seat and center console, you’d probably say GROSS! The space is so tight I can’t reach the old French fry, doggie kibble, loose change, and toothpick floating around down there. A product called the Drop Stop Car Seat Gap Filler (V28729) fills the space so that nothing falls through and gets stuck again. GENIUS!

You never know who or what you may miss during QVC’s Sunday Best, so make sure to catch us next Sunday at 10 a.m. ET. We hope to see you there!
