Halo Dog Food

Dear QVC Community,


On a recent QVC show featuring Halo products, many of you may have been told that all HALO dog food is wheat free.  While the vast majority of Halo products do not have wheat as an ingredient, there are in fact a small number of items that do which is always clearly indicated on the ingredient panel. These products are three of our HEALTHSOME  Biscuit Treats (Chicken, Beef and Skin & Coat) and only the chicken variety of our SPOT’S STEW wet dog food due to the added pasta. None of our other food or treat products contain any wheat. Halo is very proud of our 20 year heritage of caring about pets, and in particular, the quality of the ingredients that we use in our food and treats. We use the best real food ingredients like chicken, beef, salmon and lamb and never any rendered meats or chicken, lamb, beef or fish meals in any food or treat. 


We work very hard to communicate in a clear and honest fashion with our pet loving consumers, but unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we occasionally do find a need to improve something we do and promise you that this will be one of those instances.  If you are unable to use the product and wish to return it, please contact QVC Customer Service at 1.800.367.9444 or please follow the instructions listed on your pack slip.
