Your neck can indicate your age. A neck that doesn't appear youthful can exaggerate facial aging and add years to overall appearance. You can hide your face with cosmetic procedures and makeup, but short of wearing a scarf, your neck is always revealed.

The neck and décolletage areas are exposed to damaging environmental factors the most, yet they're so often neglected. Therefore, they're one of the first areas to show signs of aging.

As we age, a variety of factors, which include weight fluctuations, lifestyle and environmental factors (overexposure to sun and cold weather), the natural aging process, and gravity, can change the condition and look of the skin on our necks and upper chest areas. These factors accelerate the visible signs of aging.

Additionally, the skin along these areas is notoriously difficult to treat. It’s very thin and tends to be more fragile. Once the signs of aging begin to appear along these areas, they generally worsen quickly and visible aging becomes more exaggerated with time.

I was inspired to create a topical treatment to address visible signs of aging, not only on the neck, but equally on the décolletage area. This month, I'm pleased to introduce Neuropeptide Nécolletage. Perricone MD Dramatic Results Neuropeptide Face & Neck DuoFormulated with the advanced technology of neuropeptides, this treatment targets the “ring” and “crisscross” lines that appear on the neck and décolletage respectively. I was pleased to see the results confirmed in the consumer use studies we conducted. Participants noted they no longer felt the need to hide their décolleté area. Neuropeptide Nécolletage takes a total-neck rejuvenation approach for a dramatically more youthful appearance. I'm thrilled to be debuting this product exclusively on QVC, paired with our best-selling Neuropeptide Facial Cream, as the Today’s Special Value! After you’ve had the opportunity to try it, please share your pictures with Dana on Facebook.
