We identified a similar issue with the InsideQ magazine website, which we are now correcting.
We determined that this issue was caused by a recent programming change that intermittently populated the member ID field of the log-in page with the member ID of a different person who previously logged-in to the site. We want you to know that this issue only occurred on inactive login pages, which means that users were not actually able to log-in to any QVC account from the pages where the issue occurred.
