Deirdre Shares Her Nativity Collection

Deirdre loves Christmas, as all of us do! But the Nativity has a very special place in her heart because she's been collecting them for a long time.


She wanted to share Here are some of her favorites, in her own words:


"This was my first Nativity set. I got it when I was a baby, and I loved the music. It plays "Away in a manger."



"I always wanted my own Advent wreath. This was perfect because it is also a Nativity."



“I had to have an Irish Nativity! I love the flying angel on the stable."



"My favorite part about this Nativity set is the Wise Men on the camels. I don't have anything else like it!"



"I really like this handmade and hand painted set from Peru. My Grammy went to Peru and it makes me think of her."



"When I was four I bought this Nativity. It was the first one I picked out on my own and I love it!"



"My friend Miss Valerie gave me this Nativity. It's unusual because of the scenes on the clothes."



"My cousins, Janette and Chris, gave me this Nativity. It was in my cousin's family for many years. The teepee stable is very different from anything I've ever seen."



"This is the newest addition to my collection. I don't know if you can see it, but Baby Jesus is wearing a cowboy hat.
