by on ‎04-22-2011 02:16 PM

Here's part two of my sit-down interview with Louis Dell’Olio — finally, I know. This week, Louis tells me how he got his career started after Parsons School of Design and how he transitioned into becoming design director for Anne Klein. Did I mention he spent six years in the Army reserves? That’s just one of the surprises in this week’s video blog.

Who knew Louis grew up with Donna Karan? Keep watching for part three where Louis will share more surprises and explain just how important Anne Klein was to the world of women’s fashion.

Also, here’s a look at Monday’s "Lisa's Style File." As I’ve mentioned, each Friday this spring, I’m giving you a sneak peek at a great new item coming up in the next PM Style. This week it’s a snap-front jacket from Motto that you won’t be able to order until Monday. So check out our model Kate and then come back on Monday at 7 p.m. ET for PM Style.

 I’ll see you Monday,

p.s. Jacqui sent me the Chocolate Trifle recipe we enjoyed on last Monday’s show.  Here it is.  Thanks Jacqui!

1. Box of devil's food cake and make the cake..

2. 3 boxes of Dr. Oetker (or similar) Mousse Supreme (make the Mousse mixes) It's the best if you use whole milk for the mousse..

3. Toll house mini chocolate chips- the whole bag..

4. 2 8ozs. of cool whip- you can use the fat free one if you want..(I Did)..

5. You will need a bag of Heath bar candy. You will have to open the candy and chop all of it into small pieces-the smaller the better.

After everything is said and done start layering 1. cake 2. mousse 3. coolwhip 4. heath bar 5. mini chips...keep layering until you get to the top.
