Hello my LCNY fashionistas. Happy middle of January! This year has started out with a bang. The holiday festivities are over, the company's gone, 48 hours of fashion clearance are done, and our one-hour show on Wednesdays is back. Wow. Mary Beth Roe (MBR) and myself made the trek to NYC to go over the upcoming fashions, colors and inspirations for the next couple of months. I need you to know that, if you are an LCNY fashionista (and why, of course, would you not be?), we are in good hands. Truth be told, we're in awesome hands.

Here goes my football analogy. Having spent the weekend watching the playoffs, I am always pumped up and inspired by the commitment and passion of the teams, players and coaches going in to the Super Bowl. Each team comes with their dream team, the players to bring it home. The guys that work well together and have your back. We all have our dream teams in life. It is made up of family, friends and sometimes even coworkers. Our dream team for LCNY is awesome. A dedicated crew in NYC, Sam is the quarterback (yes, I am stuck on the football stuff) with great designers, visionaries and stylists. I have included a picture of this handsome group from last Wednesday's show so you know the group MBR and I so often speak of.

I would feel honored if you shared with all of us who your dream team is. Who has your back and makes things happen, via work or home?

Enjoy your week. We will not be on this Wednesday but will be back on at our usual 9 AM ET slot the following week,  leading up to the big game. So appropriate, right? Remember, happy January!
