Hello my LCNY fashionistas. Yeah, it is Wednesday again. It’s the middle of the week, half way until Friday. You can almost get through any week when you get to Wednesday. With a sigh of relief, the weekend is in sight. I have been reflecting upon my wonderful, crazy, busy summer. With Labor Day nearing, it makes you realize how fast the summer was. I am taking a week off starting next week. I am calling it a ‘stay-cation.’ First and foremost, I need to catch up with my friends. Today I started on my list. I met Jayne Brown for a set of tennis and lunch. You know by now the wonderful friendship we have and the extremely competitive game of tennis we engage in. She won...no surprise!!! The take away though is how wonderful our time together was. Good for the soul. If you are in need of a pick-me-up after the children go back to school, the kids go to college, your husband is traveling, or the pace of your life is slowing down, I strongly suggest setting up some time for your dear friends. My new word for my next week off will be my ‘friend-cation.’ I am looking forward to the lovin’ that only wonderful girlfriends can love on you.

Soooo...join MBR and myself on Wednesday at 9 AM ET for our version of girlfriend time. I hope you can make every Wednesday a special time in your week to visit with us and the girls. Maybe it will be your version of the middle-of-the-week stretch. I do know that my good friend Mary Beth Roe and I know when we get to Wednesday morning. We can take a breath and breathe. The hour together with you flies by. We love hearing from you and sharing fashion ideas. So grab that cup of joe, write down the fashion ideas, and join your two friends on Wednesday mornings. I hope we are good for your soul.
