I love pumpkin pie because it's really the dessert for every holiday! It's the perfect pie for Halloween, Thanksgiving, AND Christmas! This recipe couldn't be simpler, and it's been in family forever. Be sure to check out all of my recipes on QVC.com. Happy baking!
XO,

Carolyn

Ingredients:

15-oz. can of pumpkin
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1-1/4 cups WARM milk (must be warm)
1 Tbsp. flour
Unbaked 9-inch pie shell

Directions:

Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix pumpkin, sugar, and eggs until well combined, but do not beat.

Sift dry ingredients together and add to the pumpkin mixture. Slowly add the warm milk and mix together.

Pour mixture into an unbaked 9-inch pie shell. Bake at 425°F for 15 minutes, then for 45 minutes more at 350°F.

The pie is finished baking when a table knife inserted into the center of the pie comes out clean.
