Happy #ShakeItUpSaturday! Want a smart and delicious treat this July? Try out one of my personal favorites! This refreshing and patriotic summer shake will keep you cool all summer long. Use my Re-Body Meal Replacement Powder for a little extra protein boost!


Here's my recipe:


Red, White & Berry Boost


Ingredients:


12 scoops Re-Body Vanilla Meal Replacement Powder


8–10 raspberries


4 large strawberries


12–15 blueberries


16 oz low-fat milk or almond milk


1/2 cup ice cubes


Low-fat whipped cream for a more dessert-like shake, optional


Directions:


Blend all ingredients until smooth then enjoy!
