Turkey Noodle Casserole

How did you use your leftover turkey?  Here is what I did:



Turkey Noodle Casserole


1 can cream of chicken soup


1 can cream of mushroom soup


1 cup chicken stock


1 package cooked egg noodles


1 cup shredded cheese


1 cup chopped mushrooms


1 cup chopped broccoli


Salt & pepper (to taste)


Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a casserole dish. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add noodles, cook for 6 to 8 minutes, until al dente, and drain. Mix noodles and remaining ingredients in the casserole dish.  Cover and bake at 350°F. for 35 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
