Mary Beth's Menu - Breakfast Bake

Breakfast Bake



  • 1 bag or box of croutons

  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

  • 2 pounds sausage links, cooked and diced

  • 6 eggs

  • 2-3/4 cups milk

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional)


Line croutons in the bottom of a greased baking dish. (This time I used a 7" x 11" pan, but a 9" x 13" will also work)


Top with sausage and cheese. Beat eggs with milk and pour over cheese, sausage and croutons. Refrigerate overnight. 


Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 and a 1/2 hours. (Optional - pour can of soup over top just prior to baking)
