Mary Beth's Menu - Chicken Salad

Chicken Salad



  • 3 cups chicken, cooked and diced

  • 2 cups chopped celery

  • Mayonnaise or Miracle whip in the amount to reach your desired taste and consistency

  • 1/4 cup chopped sweet pickles or relish

  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon juice (optional)

  • salt and pepper to taste


Combine chicken and celery. Combine all other ingredients in a separate bowl. Add chicken and celery stirring thoroughly and chill in refrigerator for at least one hour prior to serving.


Make a sandwich, create a salad, fill a tomato bowl or simply eat enjoy the chicken salad plain .... the choice is yours.
