Rangemate Cooking Day 2 -- Sausage & Peppers

This dish is from the Rangemate recipe book that came with the grill pan. The ingredients were easy and the prep was even easier. The whole dish was done in about 10 minutes -- now that’s good food “fast”.

Sausage & Peppers


 


Ingredients


1 tablespoon olive oil


1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips


1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips


1 diced tomato


12 -14 oz Italian Sausage  cut into 1/2-inch slices (I used Sweet Italian Style Chicken Sausage)


Salt and Pepper to taste


Place olive oil in Rangemate pan and add sausage. Cover with lid and microwave for 4 minutes. Add peppers and tomatoes, and season with salt and pepper. Cover with lid and microwave for another 4 minutes. Remove, stir and serve.


You can serve this dish over pasta or rice, or enjoy it alone with delicious crusty bread.


Day 2 and I’m loving the Rangemate even more!
