My Summer Update from San Francisco & Aspen

by on ‎06-14-2012 03:34 PM

I hope you're looking forward to summer! I know I am.

It's been a very busy spring for me. I just returned from a series of annual planning sessions at Kuhn Rikon's offices in San Francisco. We worked on developing the newest and greatest gadgets for you, along with the next generation of some of your favorites. I'm really excited about introducing some brand-new patterns, along with a lot of all-new items that I'm thrilled about, and I know you'll be, too.

We're working on items for the microwave, food prep, and food storage categories. It's all about color, pattern, and innovation. When working with Kuhn Rikon and their Swiss engineering team, you always know you are going to get quality product.

While out in San Francisco, I took some time to enjoy the city and visited some of my favorite spots there: Chinatown, Japantown, and Fisherman's Wharf. Walking those hills for three days was a real workout, but so worth it. If you have the chance, definitely carve out some time to spend in the city by the bay.

I'm happy to announce that I'll be on the remote show from the Aspen FOOD & WINE Classic on June 17 at Noon ET. I was invited by QVC to be part of the day and I'm really looking forward to it. I'll be on with three great items including—for the first time ever—a new Kuhn Rikon Patterned Shears and Paring Knife Set.

Wait 'til you see the great colors; you're gonna love them. Along with two must-haves for the kitchen. Make sure you mark your calendar—I can't wait!
