Luau This Wednesday - You're Invited!

Hello, foodies…

 

Or perhaps I should say…aloha! We're having a luau this Wednesday on In the Kitchen with David – PM Edition and I sure hope you'll be there! Why a luau in early March, you might ask? Because the fabulous Philadelphia Flower Show is in town and the theme this year is Hawaii: Islands of Aloha. How could we not have a luau?

 


 

Before we get to your blog question, I have to share what we've been doing with the cookbook. As of yesterday, we started taste-testing the recipes. (And yes, the In the Kitchen with David team is loving life right now!) But, as much as we're all enjoying eating the recipes, this entire testing process is perhaps the most important of all. Every measurement, ingredient, direction, procedure, and temperature must be perfect. One 1/2 tsp too much or too little can affect the outcome of an entire recipe. So, we’re making sure that every recipe is just right. Stay tuned for next Monday…I just might have some photos to share!
