Hello, foodies…

 

It was so nice being back with you on Sunday! Wasn't that Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry delicious? As hesitant as I was to think about healthier eating and healthier living this month, I've been more than satisfied so far. I hope you have been, too!

 

This Wednesday we're keeping it healthy of course, but we're slow-cooking! And we're making my Vegetarian Chili with Tofu. Tofu has always been one of those questionable foods for me, but I LOVE this recipe. Find out how we're making it in the video below.
