Dear Friends,

I am very much looking forward to heading back to “the Q” for my upcoming August shows on Saturday, August 11th from 11pm - midnight, with a TSV debut at midnight, and then continuing on August 12th to 1am, both hours with Lisa Robertson and on Sunday, August 12th from 11am - 1pm with Jane and from 10pm - midnight with Lisa Robertson again. 

Making the trip from NYC to West Chester, Pennsylvania to the QVC Studios always feels like I am coming home.  When I walk through the doors at QVC, I see friendly, familiar faces that greet me with big smiles, and then when I arrive in the Green Room and production area, it feels like a party – a true celebration!  Prior to each show, I always have the opportunity to spend time with whoever is hosting my show, and after my many years on QVC, each host feels like family.  We hug, we love, we laugh, and then we do what I love to do most – we talk about jewelry!

This coming August 11th and 12th, we are really going to party with a very special TSV, J269524, my new Sterling Textured Diamonique Link Bracelet, which will be live at midnight on August 12th.  As promised, Vanessa Williams wore this elegant link bracelet on-air during the debut of the QVC launch of her skincare line.  The bracelet looked exquisite on Vanessa, and as one of my girlfriends said to me at lunch yesterday, “If it is good enough for Vanessa, it is good enough for me!”  But, in all seriousness, thank you Vanessa for being the first to wear this very special piece.  I appreciate your support and wish you all the best with your skincare line and am excited to welcome you to the QVC family. 

Beyond my new TSV bracelet now fitting into the category of a “celebrity” favorite, it is also a piece that has special significance to me.  The design concept was inspired from a bracelet in my 18K Couture Town and Country Collection.  It has been almost 2-years since we have offered a classic link bracelet as a TSV for my brand.  Many of you were already expressing your excitement to see a bracelet as the TSV on the Sterling Designer Gallery event day.  Therefore, it brings me great joy to be able to meet your requests.  I have also been “test-driving” this link bracelet to see what my own friends think of it.  The positive response has been overwhelming, and what my friends appreciate and love most about this bracelet is that it is a classic design with modernized, deco links, and the perfect touch of Diamonique – making it a wearable basic with a hint of glitz.  So, move over little black dress, there is a new basic in town – Judith Ripka TSV, J269524.  Enjoy!

There are also many other new pieces which I will be debuting including two other bracelet favorites, J268437 and J268439, my new Sterling Gemstone Round or Heart Cuff.  What I love most about these brand new cuffs is the faceted stone detailing which adds the perfect pop of color.  The available colors are Peridot, Blue Topaz, and Amethyst for J268437, and Citrine and Rhodolite for J268439.  These cuffs have been in the works for quite some time, as it is a difficult task to properly set stones on on such a thin bangle.  But, we did it!  Therefore, I would like to thank my QVC team for working tirelessly to create a piece that is what I consider perfect.

Since it seems that the theme of my blog is “Cuff Love,” I also want to speak about another new cuff favorite that I think you will enjoy, J269722, my new Malachite Cabachon Estate Hinged Cuff.  Classic again meets modern with this piece, because although the texture on the cuff is Estate filigree, the cuff is finished with cabochon stone detailing at either end giving this cuff a more playful, fun feel.

Lastly, I want to highlight what has officially been one of my best sellers since I started on QVC, my Diamonique Stud Earrings, J268403 and J268404, which are available in 2.0ct or 5.0 ct.  These classics are the perfect every day stud earring, and without exaggeration, on a daily basis over half of the women in my corporate office in NYC wear either the round or the Assher cut, which means that at least 50 women every day enjoy this brilliant basic.  If you already own them, I hope you, too, are enjoying them, and if you do not, they are definitely a must-add to your Judith Ripka Collection.
