I always love this time of year, as it is a time to celebrate – to be festive, to enjoy your family, and to look forward to new beginnings.
As a designer and a visual person by nature, I am a firm believer that a pictures tell a thousand words. So, in that spirit, I decided to use “modern day pictures,” a video, to share my holiday thoughts.
Every holiday season, I reflect on how much I have to be grateful for. I am particularly grateful for your support and the support of great friends and fans. And, I am very lucky to be able to call Oprah... Continue Reading

I want to start this blog off by thanking all of the volunteers who have tirelessly worked to support the Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. If you are one of those volunteers, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart. Hurricane Sandy hit very close to home for me and, unfortunately, many of my friends and family were adversely affected by this powerful storm. However, it is during tough times like this that you see the true strength and beauty in people. Hello friends –
I would normally wait to blog until closer to my QVC appearance, but I wanted to say hello to all of you.
I have been reading the QVC forum, in which there has been much speculation about my health, which is excellent, and my business, which is great. Thank you so much for your concern. It means so much to me to have loyal and loving fans like you. As much as I can tell, the buzz started when QVC rescheduled my show, but instead of posting it as “rescheduled,” it was first posted as a cancellation.
That being said, all is well, and I have ... Continue Reading

May has always been one of my favorite months because it means great Spring weather, pops of color, and most of all, celebrating Mothers. One of the hardest parts about designing new jewelry for QVC is keeping it a secret until I go on air. Each new piece takes at least 6 months to create from my first sketch to the moment I share it with all of you on TV. It is a true labor of love in which I develop many samples and play around with different textures and gemstones with each design and silhouette. Often times, I will "test drive" a piece and wear it around town to see if any of my friends take notice. If a piece becomes the topic of a lunch time conversation and gets passed around the table at Fred's, t... Continue Reading
