As the holiday season approaches, I look forward to getting out of New York City and relaxing at my place in Pennsylvania. I thought I would share some fun holiday pictures.

Let’s start with… THE TREE:

BEFORE AND AFTER!

Here I am up on the mountain near my place in Pennsylvania, cutting down an 11 foot Norway spruce! Add 1,500+ lights and a lot of Joan Rivers ornaments – magic!

I’ve been collecting our amazing Faberge-inspired ornaments from the very first set. They make my tree so meaningful and bring back wonderful memories of Joan.

Of course my sweet smooth fox terrier, Roscoe, loves to help!! (The picture on the right was taken by me on a ladder putting the star on the top of the tree.)

This past Sunday I hosted a holiday open house for family and friends.

My sister Kathy, wearing Joan Rivers pearls that I gave her probably 20 years ago! They look great! (Maybe it’s time to bring them back!)

 My glamorous niece Rachel and her sweet daughter Caroline were one of the first to arrive. (I think Rachel is wearing a LOGO by Lori Goldstein necklace!!)

 Amy Stran and husband Steve with their sweet baby girl Bree. A great couple and a beautiful daughter!
