I am glad that you all enjoyed Judith Ripka's Anniversary celebration. I agree with Nutsforhandbags that the magnetic ideas are great and really help make Judith's different components interchangeable and so wearable. Waterbaby and Good Luxe Girl, I don't know the answers but have reached out to those that do. Look for a follow-up soon. I did send all of your good wishes to Judith and her team and passed along the requests for additional specific items to Erin and her team. Kiwi, sorry about the mix up and a belated Happy Birthday! The powers that be are aware of the situation. Carolyn1649, I love that shade of green as well. Markeitadouble, I would send the chain back, that should never happen.


Did you happen to watch Ann King the other day? She is one of the most talented designers and I love her line of jewelry. It is so feminine and dimensional. We worked on new designs for her next show and WOW, be sure and tune in.


I reached out to Dan McDermott, Senior Vice President of Customer Service to address several of your concerns about slow deliveries earlier in the year.


Dan said: “We had some order process delays with jewelry shipments in the beginning of the month of March and they were related to our Silver Event day on March. We continue to strive to ship all orders within 2 days and in Jewelry during the month of March, we did ship 90% of the orders in 2 days. We only had 138 orders that did not ship within 4 days. We continue to strive to improve and in the last year have implemented checkpoints to ensure the maximum efficiency. Please thank everyone for their feedback and continue to let us know when there are issues.”


Chmiel (Barbara), thank you very much for writing in and your comments on Artisan Crafted jewelry. It is one of my passions and so rewarding to be able to work directly with each artisan and watch how their lives have been improved over the years. There is a Silver Marketplace show on upcoming show and a really big event in June. During the June event, we will have jewelry from a country that we have never featured before. I love your suggestion on new stones and have reached out to our vendors for new PD.


I have heard from those in the know that the Judith's surprise will hopefully happen before her June show. Sorry that it has taken so long, but I know you will all be excited.
