Getting back to you

by on ‎03-07-2009 05:58 PM

I hope you all enjoyed Big Bonanza Silver Day and I forgot to mention that I was going to be on-air five or six times during the day. Did anyone see me? Could you tell I have gained weight? Oh well!

Be sure and tune in for Carolyn Pollack's TSV and shows on March 8. It is extremely versatile and will also look great with your existing jewelry. Carolyn is such a good friend and one of the sweetest, talented people I know. She is gorgeous inside and out. PatPrende, Carolyn has a blog and it is terrific.

Thank you again for your comments and especially the kind words about the blog. It is refreshing and so important to get comments directly from each of you. I am glad to see that there seem to be fewer problems with quality. Nicum and Ladyfish, I have discussed your comments with the factory and QVC's Quality Control department and have been assured that any item sent out should never be dirty, squeezed shut, or have loose stones or pearls. I am so sorry that you had to deal with this, the Q in QVC stands for quality, as you know, and these issues should never happen.

Jet722, blue topaz is not in short supply. I love your idea of a TSV2 for special events and have forwarded your idea on to Erin, the buyer. I have also sent Erin your requests for specific styling including Ella B's for an evil eye charm, red garnet items mentioned by Color Me Purple and shopper7, Accessory Queen's request for more earrings, more “shrimpies” in various gemstones and materials by das, and have I once again requested smaller cuffs and rings as mentioned by Val76 and JudithRipkaAddict.

Chicago_heather, I misspoke about the Anthony Nak try me. The earring was not a try me but a new style direction for them. Sorry about that. Waterbaby, Stylecon, grooviechickie, JRcollector1, JayneH, and others, I did talk to planning and merchandising about the choice of OTO's and they are aware of your feelings. I even copied your comments so they would realize how important this is.

I really appreciate all of your comments and will address more of them in my next blog. Please keep them coming.

Take care,

Peyton

PS: I have a new great niece, Hudson Bess (named after my Mother and born on her birthday), born yesterday and weighing seven pounds and measuring 21 inches. Mom (Tracy) and Hudson are doing great. All my love to both of them!
