Thank you Pat for sending me the link to the Judith Ripka creative writing dialogue. What a wonderful story and so true. Early next year, I will start addressing your comments and concerns once again. Right now I want to continue on our journey to magical Vienna.

QVoyager, live from Vienna, on New Year's Eve and Day will feature exclusive jewelry inspired by architecture, music, nature, and the Austrian Royal Family. Our designers have created a magnificent selection of Diamonique Jewelry that will denote the beauty, history and celebration that has been a part of the culture of Vienna throughout the years.

She was considered the most beautiful woman in the world. Empress Elizabeth, affectionately known as SiSi by her subjects, lived a fabled life spending her time while in Vienna between her summer residence, the story book Schonbrunn Palace and her winter residence, Hofburg Palace.

Two weeks ago we had a private visit to Empress Elizabeth's personal apartments in the Hofburg Palace. Walking through her bedroom and sitting room, her great passion for red was evident everywhere. Upon reaching the museum room and gazing upon the magnificent court painting of Empress Elizabeth wearing her fabulous ruby crown and necklace it was obvious that rubies were her favorite stone. Our designers took this love of red and created magnificent designs for your pleasure. Please look for the royal rose ring and pendant that not only feature SiSi's love of rubies but also roses which were entwined on her wedding invitation and on many court gowns. There is also a ruby necklace with a 36 inch chain that can be worn long or doubled for a more imperial look.

Empress Elizabeth was also well known for her love of lace. Her wedding dress as well and the many court dresses are fraught with frothy layers of intricate lace. Our designers created other exclusive designs with this delicate detail.

SiSi is best known for the 27 pave diamond stars that she had woven into her hair. Originally produced by the imperial court jewelers, our designers have created two magical rings and a breathtaking pendant that will make you feel that you too own part of the imperial jewels.

Empress Elizabeth's passion for flowers is evident throughout her apartments. Her favorite Alpine flower and perhaps the best know to us, is the Edelweiss. QVC, along with Swarovski, has created an exclusive Edelweiss cut for Diamonique. Don't miss the stud earrings, three stone ring, and other special designs created especially for you. Be sure and look for the Edelweiss details on the gallery and screens.

Tune in later in the week for more inspirations including royal palaces, waltzes, and world famous celebrations.

Please don't miss a moment!
