Hi there,

I’m very excited to bring you a sneak peek of the jewelry Tova will present during Discover Diamonique® on Tuesday, December 10 at 3pm ET.

If you read some of the reviews at QVC.com for Tova’s jewelry , you’ll see it described as “stunning,” “beautiful,” “regal,” “lovely,” and “gorgeous.” These adjectives adequately sum up the essence of these exquisite pieces, and I speak from experience.

Prior to the May 2013 premiere of Jewelry by Tova—featuring Diamonique® I visited Tova at her home and saw these pieces which were inspired by her personal jewelry collection, designs from the classic Hollywood era, and pieces borrowed from around the world for Red Carpet appearances. In addition, I was able to compare some of the originals to the recreations, and the attention to detail and quality are truly amazing. Tova will settle for nothing less, and she works tirelessly with QVC’s jewelry buyers and manufacturer to ensure each piece represents the craftsmanship, settings, and cuts of the originals.

While her Diamonique jewelry itself speaks to romance and glamour, Tova is more than happy to share with you the stories behind her jewelry. “Each piece in my collection has something that is close to my heart,” she told me. “I love sharing the stories of romance and history behind my jewelry because I believe in the romance of life.”

Here is a preview of the jewelry (including new pieces and returning favorites) you’ll see during Discover Diamonique on Tuesday, December 10:

New! Sterling Silver Simulated Diamond Drop Earrings (J288635)

When I was in Paris years ago wandering through the Paris Flea Market, my expert appraiser found a drawing of these Art Deco earrings. I feel they are the perfect depiction of my favorite era of design. They grace the ear and seem to dance in the light with romance.”

There is a painting in Tova’s upstairs hallway of her late husband Ernest Borgnine as a clown. He was once asked by Tonight Show host Johnny Carson, “What’s left?” in reference to his illustrious career. Ernie answered that he’d never been a clown, and soon he was contacted by a man in Milwaukee about participating in that city’s great parade, and for a good 18 years Ernie and Tova were part of the Milwaukee Circus Parade.

Tova tells this story about the elephant ring: “Every year we took photos for our Christmas cards from there, and I will share these with you during the show. This photo shows Ernie and I holding on to the Elephants.”

“My long-time friend Linda and her husband Bill were our guests for the last Milwaukee Circus Parade. They were so moved by this beautiful parade that Linda found and gave me with an eternal band of three elephants graced by stunning pavé bands on each side. I wear this ring every day. There is a fable of elephants bringing the wearer good fortune. If you need some luck, point the elephants in. If you want to give luck to someone else, wear the ring with the elephants pointing out. The friendships we have in our lives are so special, and this little elephant ring will always give you pause to respect that friendship. Let’s all be friends.”

New! Sterling Silver/14K Yellow Gold-Clad Simulated Diamond Elephant Pendant with Chain (J288992)

“The mystery and majesty of the elephant have always intrigued me. Our elephant friendship ring has been well received, so it was our wish to continue the magic with this matching pendant. Wrapped in a circle of pavé Diamonique® simulate diamonds is a mother and baby elephant holding onto each other; the true symbol of eternal caring. What a perfect way to connect or reconnect to each other.”

Back by popular demand! Sterling Silver Intricate Enhancer Chain

“My love affair with jewelry started with my great aunt Tomina. She had a collection of fine art, sterling, and precious jewels and she introduced me to fine jewelry as a child. She was very much ahead of her time and worked in finance with bankers in the early 1900s. From her jewelry box she shared with me the original locket, which is made of platinum. My eyes got teary as she told me when I reached the age of 16 it would be gifted to me with the understanding that I enjoy and respect it as my first jewelry treasure. To this day I cherish this magical locket. I absolutely adore it and keep a lock of Ernie’s hair in it. We have recreated it for you and I am thrilled that we have been able to make it an enhancer so you can wear it several ways. It would look wonderful on my Sterling Silver Cultured Freshwater Pearl Necklace.”
