We have created a new color and could not be more excited about it, but we will not be offering it through Honora quite yet. Recently you may have noticed Honora Pearls appearing in some of our favorite designer's jewelry including Judith Ripka and Michael Dawkins. We are also big fans of Barbara Bixby and have been providing the pearls for her intricate and unique designs for several years now. Recently when Barbara was visiting our offices, our new Indigo colored pearls caught her discerning eye and she asked to use these in some of her newest designs.
Barbara was so enthusiastic about these deep blue and purple tones in these pearls that we actually offered to let her premier the pearls in her upcoming Today's Special Value before ever being used in a Honora piece. On November 9th, Barbara is going to unveil Indigo in the accompanying necklace to her TSV Initial pendants. Her ornate carvings along with this rich color are a perfect combination and we think that you will absolutely love them together.
This is a first for us, letting someone else introduce a new color.
We take a lot of pride in our pearl palette and while we will miss being able to tell you about Indigo ourselves, we are thrilled that it will be showcased with such a beautiful piece of designer jewelry.
