Hi there! I am so excited to be writing my first blog and to be able to chat with you about my jewellery collections. Oh! I'm Ann King, designer, mom, girlfriend (and a woman who loves jewellery), who over the past eight years has been exclusive to QVC! I have enjoyed being the first jewellery designer on QVC to bring you the marvelous mix of 18K gold with sterling silver.


I absolutely adore the 2 tone metal combination and especially love the unique qualities of 18K gold. I use an exceptional alloy of 18K gold. Why you ask? My alloy has a wonderful brilliance that brightens your face and lights up your whole being! The color is magical with brightly polished sterling silver and mixes beautifully with the antique oxidized details. It's amazing how this combination brings out your natural beauty!


When I sit down to design for you, I think about who you are and what you will be doing. I'm sure we are very much alike! Like you, I want an investment in distinctive timeless design crafted with great quality. I want a collection to build upon, to exude confidence, feel empowered, feel safe but adventurous!


I believe that jewellery is an extension of our private self that we allow the world to see. It finishes who we are, expresses our style, the mood we are in, or want to play! Classic design mixed with the fashion silhouettes of the moment lead me to create a piece of jewellery for you that encompasses all that we want to be.


You know these classics: the crisp white shirt, the little black dress, that fantastic pair of earrings! These classics have defined women for many generations. Fashion reinvents the classics to evolve along with who we have grown to become: Beautiful, confident, sensational beings that can do and be anything we choose to be! It is these women - YOU - who inspire me so!


As women are my inspiration, I am honored to have been presented with the 2009 Award for Excellence in Fine Jewellery Design this month from the National Women's Jewellery Association. It makes me proud to be chosen to represent women in this way.

You won't want to miss the Lily Checkerboard BBG ring. It's fabulous! BBG stands for BIG BOLD GOLD! I'm really excited about this one. The checkerboard gold lily is solid 18K with facets that sparkle like sunshine. It is surrounded by a perfectly polished sterling silver voluptuous lily flower frame. And with that silk fit that I design into all of my rings, you will feel divine comfort. So femme, so fashion! I know your going to love it as well!


Our Lily Cross Pendant is a new 2 tone exquisite beauty. I am so pleased how this turned out. Whether it is a fashion or spiritual choice for you, its feminine flair is great worn with jeans or for that special occasion.


The piece that brings it altogether is the Fairytale Ensemble Chain Necklace. Ensemble means to unify all parts to become whole. Its versatility makes it more than your average basic chain! The special Fairytale Toggle Clasp has the drop dead 18K gold Fleur de Lis Crest attached to a double rolo chain, one of my favorites!
