Hello new friends!

I am so excited to be joining the QVC family and launching my first jewelry collection, Shoshanna's Fashion Jewelry Essentials, which I created in collaboration with renowned jewelry designer, Judith Ripka, especially for QVC.  I will debut the collection this coming Tuesday, August 10 at 9 PM (EST), and I hope you love it as much as I do!

One of my greatest passions is jewelry, so after a decade of designing my own clothing line, I wanted to create a jewelry line to complement my clothing collections.  I knew the best person with whom I could collaborate in creating a jewelry collection was the jewelry designer I admired most, Judith Ripka.  I've been a customer and admirer of Judith's for as long as I can remember and share the same philosophy with her that clothing and jewelry should be versatile, wearable throughout the day and appropriate for every role a woman plays in her life.

As a clothing designer, I always create looks that can be transformed by adding a bold cuff or statement necklace.  Jewelry for me is what makes a woman's look her own.  It completes an outfit and expresses who she is, and who she wants to be.   I created my new costume jewelry line to have the same versatility as my clothing line - a collection of  pieces that can make a seamless transition from day into evening.  I love being able to wear dress to a daytime luncheon and then out to a concert later that night, with just a change of jewelry and accessories.  I think fashion and jewelry should be fun, contemporary and fresh.

The best part of designing a costume jewelry collection for QVC is that it has given me the opportunity to create an exceptional jewelry collection at a great price.  One of my favorite pieces is a pair of bold drop earrings which retail for $22.  And, without giving too much away, another favorite of mine is a reversible statement necklace, because I believe that every woman should have at least one dramatic statement piece in her wardrobe.  The necklace can be worn on the matte side during the day to complement a suit or even a T-shirt and jeans, then reversed to the polished side to add glamour to a cocktail dress for an evening look making the $78 price an even better value.

So, please tune-in to QVC on August 10 at 9 PM (EST) to see me debut my new Shoshanna's Fashion Jewelry Essentials collection.

Until then, warm wishes,

Shoshanna
