Hi everyone, Joel here! I know Michael usually writes our blog, but I wanted to stop by and take a moment to thank all of you who added your thoughts on QVC's new Honora Forum. We really love hearing from you and now that we have our own home on the forum, it has become so much easier to get a wealth of feedback. So much of what you have to say is both positive and informative, even during the times where you are letting us know how we could have done a better job. 

For those of you that write in, I want you to know that your comments do not fall on deaf ears. They are read and absorbed by a number of us here at Honora, including myself. I can't begin to tell you how often those comments have helped our company and we only expect this to improve with the introduction of our new forum. For example, many of our decisions to upgrade an earring back, improve a post, change a clasp, add a new length, as well as countless other decisions are based entirely upon your input. Even a color or a combination that you miss seeing may be reordered as we hear your thoughts. 

We really love doing our best to please you and are always excited to learn why many of you become collectors over the years. It's great to learn more about the colors you enjoy and to discover the pieces you find to be special. So please keep the comments coming, even if you think it is one we might not want to hear. It is exciting to live in a whole new world where you are now a vital part of the designs process. 

In fact, I'd love it if you would offer any suggestions or thoughts you might have here in the comments. While I can't promise that we can bring every one of them to life, I can assure you that each one will be taken seriously.
