Here's my recipe:
Red, White & Berry Boost
Ingredients:
1–2 scoops Re-Body Vanilla Meal Replacement Powder
8–10 raspberries
4 large strawberries
12–15 blueberries
16 oz low-fat milk or almond milk
1/2 cup ice cubes
Low-fat whipped cream for a more dessert-like shake, optional
Directions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth then enjoy!
