Post-Baby Workout Plan

Baby Yoga


It’s been six weeks since Lauder was born, so it’s time to get moving. Ready, set, go! Here’s my post-baby plan:


Exercise Goals



  • Yoga: Do light vinyasa three times a week. My goal is to make it to hot yoga in the next few months…it’s my fave!

  • Walk: Throw on my gym shoes and turn baby strolls into power walks.

  • Swim: Go once a week (just found out there's a free pool in my town!).

Healthy Meals



  • Lots of fresh fruit and veggies

  • Protein (egg whites, yogurt, and grilled chicken)

  • Healthy salads

  • Try to limit carbs and sugary desserts (my favorite pregnancy foods!)

  • Stay hydrated

  • Plan a juice cleanse when I feel ready

  • Find a workout buddy (my sister is always up for a fun workout).

  • Braids and top knots are my favorite workout hairstyles, which is why I always keep the WRAP-UP in my gym bag. Smiley Happy

  • Stylish outfits make it more fun to get moving!
