"FINALLY!" Is the word I said out loud when I heard the announcement from netflix.com. Netflix will now provide it's movie service to be streamed through the Nintendo Wii system. I have been waiting for this opportunity. First, I love the Netflix service. If you have never checked it out let me describe it for you briefly. You sign up on their website. You put movies in a queue to be mailed to you. Then you watch the DVD at your leisure and mail it back when you want. Then a few years ago they started offering a limited choice of movies to be watched on your computer. So various home video game platforms have been offering the same streaming content except for the Wii . . . Until now! So all of you QVC Wii owners can now , with a Netflix subscription stream movies to your TV. Just order the disc from Netflix, pop it in your Wii and follow the instructions. You will be watching some great movies and using the Wii remote as your remote control. It is very easy to set up. The only catch is you have to have the disc in the Wii to stream the movies. The other catch is these movies cannot be played in HD because the Wii is not HD. But I bet you will be impressed with the picture.
