I love the Biblical account of the very first Christmas.  The wise men came “bearing gifts” to give to the Christ child.  We all have great childhood memories of the best gifts we ever received.  However, when we become adults I think we find more joy in giving great gifts to the people we love the most at Christmas time.

My family has many wonderful Christmas memories. When my daughters’, Kirstyn and Kelsey, were little girls we always put out cookies for Santa and carrots for his reindeer along with a nice note to him and Mrs. Claus. The big guy always came through with great gifts.   Since they will always be my little girls, this Santa still loves giving them lots of great presents. 

But now that I have a grandson this Christmas will bring back a lot of that childhood magic.   Cole just turned two this September and he is toy crazy.  I have already added the Twister Trax 253 pc. Glow in the Dark Flexible track with 2 cars to the top of my gift list for him.   He loves all kinds of vehicles and I know he will go crazy for this when we set it up Christmas morning (alright I admit that his Papa will love playing with this just as much!)  Since I plan on taking him to Disney World in the next year or two, I am also looking at the Heys Hardside Disney Rolling Carryon Luggage set. QVC offers the Cars choice (from the movie Cars which is his favorite movie) and I can already see him pulling it behind as he walks through the airport.

My wife, Beth, is the biggest fan ever of Candle Impressions Flameless Candles.  I must admit that I love them too.  They add a wonderful ambiance to our home and I especially enjoy their warm glow during the long winter evenings. So, I am thinking that the Candle Impressions Joy Flameless Candle will be a source of joy for Beth this Christmas season.  Since she also loves pampering with Philosophy products I have chosen the Philosophy Holiday Shower Gel Gift Set  as another addition to her list.

He will also enjoy finding one of the Skil Super Bright Flashlights in his stocking.  Since they come in a set of 5 we all will have one to light the way in the year to come.

I love giving the right gift to each person.  QVC sure makes it easy to do.  Since I save a lot of time shopping I have more time to truly enjoy the holidays and experience the true joy of giving especially at this time of year!  I have learned that wise men and women today shop with QVC.  Happy holidays everyone and may you find great joy in giving this Christmas!
