Which shoes would you choose?

So close to Eric's wedding and I'm still not 100% certain which dress I will wear. I'm leaning more toward the light blush pink dress on the left. It looks more champagne in the photo, but it really is a very, very light pink. I think I will pack and take both and see how I feel the morning of the big day.

 

And now on to shoes. I have four pairs that I love and, all except for the really high pair, find them to be fairly comfortable.

 

I've numbered them below for you to see. Please share your thoughts with me! And again, thank you very much for weighing in. All of you have such great ideas and reasons for your choices.
