It's been over three months since many of us made our New Year's resolutions to get back in shape - I must say, I'm proud of myself for making it this far and still going strong! Once or twice each week I take classes with a wonderful instructor in my neighborhood who helps to keep me motivated and pushes me to do my best. Although it's difficult to get up and start, afterwards I feel lighter, sharper, more prepared for any obstacle that may come my way! There are countless way to keep in shape but when you find what works for you, it just clicks and you start to enjoy the process, not just the results. I think I've found mine!
