I've just spent two days touring art museums with my friends Sandi and Larry, stirring up my creative juices. My first stop was the Wayne Art Center in Wayne, Pa. 

The exhibit was a diverse, inspirational collection of art. From mixed media, furnishings, jewelry, and repurposed textiles, the art was overwhelming.

Next stop was the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Although it comprised of five buildings, we only made it to the first.

From Chigal, Miro, Andrew Wyeth, and more, I couldn't believe what I was seeing. How wonderful to see art up close that I had only seen in books.

I also found the armor exhibit fascinating. 

These exhibits gave me the opportunity to nourish my artistic senses and expand my horizons.
