Happy new year my LCNY fashionistas.   I hope your holidays were wonderful and 2014 came roaring in so to speak.  I am not one for new year resolutions, I just try to pick the top three things I want to stay focused on for the year. I shall bore you with my list:

1.) healthy eating and healthy living.  I had to go off my cholesterol medication.....and I am trying the next four months to get it down naturally. A bit of TMI but I thought I might share

2.) positive energy...no negative Nancy's in my life.  As my friend Barry once said to me not long after Larry had passed away "life is not a promise" ..  That will be my mantra.

3.) pay it forward...volunteer.....give back.   I feel blessed, need I say more!

So there you go my list of three to keep me on track.  By the way, maybe we can do these together.  Share healthy menus and ideas, keep the positive energy flowing with our wonderful communications via my blog, Facebook and our show on Wednesdays.  Last but not least, from what you have shared with me you are an incredible loving group of woman. Maybe you can share with all of us how you volunteer or pay it forward?  Individually we are great ...together we are amazing.  Join MBR and yours truly this Wednesday for our one hour show and an awesome NEW YOU..
