Life has been a bit crazy in the Kerr household the past few weeks. Everyone keeps telling me that life will be even crazier once the baby arrives. So for that reason we’ve been trying to squeeze in a few date nights (more like date afternoons!) before the baby arrives. We’ve had tea for two at the Four Seasons Hotel in Philly, attended a concert at this cool venue called the Electric Factory, and enjoyed a five-course dinner under the stars. I think my favorite date so far was where we did nothing but stay in bed all day. All we did was veg out in bed, watch TV, eat pizza, and nap. This never happens because there's always something we need to do, plus my husband gets cabin fever. He can’t sit still for too long, which will be great when the baby arrives because he’ll have plenty of energy to keep up with her.
Right now I’m in nesting mode so I’ve been on a mission to get the house cleaner than it has ever been. I’ve scheduled appointments for air-duct cleaning, carpet cleaning, chimney sweeping, painting, wallpaper hanging, and the list goes on and on. With all this fuss being made for the little lady I still try to carve out some "me" time. This week I had a prenatal massage and a mani-pedi, which is so relaxing. I also find myself window shopping for clothes online even though I can’t wear them right now. I'm loving fashion right now. While my personal style leans towards ladylike, I like to mix it up with edgy and trendy pieces.
You'll find a nice mix of classic fashions mixed with trend-right looks in this week’s edition of PM Style. This Monday look for new items from Denim & Co., Susan Graver, and Liz Claiborne New York. I’ll also feature as my Perfect Pair a snappy suede and tweed platform shoe from the FFANY collection (S6590). Keep in mind shoes from the FFANY collection help to benefit breast cancer research and education, so I encourage you to check out the entire selection on our website.
Tune in every Monday at 7pm ET for all the fashion and fun and don’t forget you can be a part of the show by logging on to the live chat on the QVC Facebook page.

Best wishes to you and yours with BLESSINGS to your "wee one". You're looking even more beautiful than ever. Even though I loved your "short do", the longer length of your hair is lovely also. No doubt this is an exciting time in your family life but remember to enjoy every minute of this heaven sent blessing. When your baby finally arrives time will somehow quickly fly by. When I gave birth to my daughter (only child) people kept telling me this even though she was still very young. Gabrielle, THIS IS TRUE!! My daughter is 17 years now, truly it seems she was born a short time ago. All the best to you and your husband, somehow I know y'all will be loving parents. ;0 )
Grace and Peace, Karen T G in San Francisco
