I can't believe that this Friday is our last show until next year! (March 8, to be specific!) However, I think we're finishing with a bang.  The show this week could be titled, "Leather & Lace," (move over Stevie Nicks). And, with these being two of the biggest trends for the fall season, we're definitely covering them in this show. 

 

One thing I think every woman would love to have in her wardrobe is luxury leather. Not your basic good value, but a real splurge. There's a reason that high-end European designers make them a staple of their fall offerings every year. The G.I.L.I. jacket coming up in this show turned out so beautiful, I can't begin to tell you. We decided to go with very high-end leather. I know that means the jacket won't be something for everyone, but if you want to make an investment of a lifetime in a great leather piece, this jacket is it.

 

 

 

We also have two gorgeous leather pieces from Sondra Roberts; a woven-leather bag and a boot. As a friend of mine said: "They look like big piles of money!" Truthfully, I think the expensive look is something we all like, but don't want to pay big piles of money for.  The woven leather with the contrasting textures is beautiful, and texture in leather is timeless, but also an extremely fresh look for this year.

 

 

Then the femininity comes in with a black lace dress (lined of course) and a blouse with a striking ruffled sleeve. They are so perfect for right now, but again, also eternal in their style. The dress is going to be perfect to put a jacket over and go more professional or enjoy during the holidays when you're dressing up. The G.I.L.I. blouse is one I've worn many times with a black jacket and have had a lot of requests for, so here it is!

 

 

 

We also have beauty from bareMinerals, and jewelry from Bronzo Italia.  Frankly, I'm a little giddy. I know this week's blog is all business, but the pieces are so good that I just couldn't help myself. Next week? No business at all, so tune in!
