A Look at ""Impact"" - The New CFDA Exhibit on Display in NYC!

In New York last week, I was lucky enough to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the brand-new CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of America) “Impact” exhibit on display at the Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology. The CFDA is celebrating its 50th Anniversary and wanted to acknowledge the near 600 designers who have been members over the last five decades.

 

The council asked a select number of those designers to pick the pieces they felt best represents their impact on the world of fashion and the results were breathtaking and insightful. Thanks to the museum and the CFDA, who were both kind enough to allow our cameras to come along on the tour, we can share some of the beautiful pieces in the exhibit. {#emotions_dlg.biggrin}

 


 

“Impact” is on display through April 20th. If you're going to be in New York and love fashion, it's a "must see."
