The vernal equinox or official start of spring is still a few weeks away, but the arrival of Fashion Week means it is time to start considering our spring fashion options. As models take to the runway in New York, you’ll have a front row seat with QVC. But you don’t have to be in New York City to have fashion attitude.

By fashion attitude I mean your style “point of view” -- the thing that makes you choose the clothes that make you... “you”.

In the atrium of the QVC studio headquarters this week, there is an exciting display of some of the colorful, chic, up-to-the-minute designs that will be featured during fashion week. Mannequins dressed in styles that reflect spring’s hottest trends stop passers-by in their tracks.

Isaac’s “ladylike” dress and Dennis Basso’s “glam” statement-print caught my eye immediately -- the looks spoke to my style “point of view”. But there were cool designs from Marc Bouwer and Cynthia Vincent that made me do a double-take because they offered a different style perspective. Maybe I can rock edgy... The fun of spring is the chance to inject new excitement into our wardrobes. Find out more about the ladylike trend by watching the video below.
