Back to ""Comfy"" in New Jeans from Denim & Co.

The other day, I took an unofficial poll around the office. I asked my female coworkers what they hated about the jeans they currently own. As it turns out, I really didn't need to ask. I already knew the answers because they are the same things I have been complaining about for years! Our ages, sizes, shapes, and personal styles didn't seem to matter when it came to denim pet peeves. Here are the things we despise the most about our jeans:

• Fit at the waist. Why must they all either be so tight they create instant muffin top or so loose they gap, making it hard to sit down without showing the world your underwear?

• Jeans that sag in the wrong places, making us look larger

• Material that is stiff. Aren't jeans supposed to be comfortable?

• Extra embellishments and washes that are not age-appropriate. Why are there often white areas on the front of the thighs and backside? This is exactly what we don't want to highlight!

So, for that piece of clothing that is supposed to be our "go-to" favorite, none of us seemed all that happy. Until now! Our Denim & Co.(R) designers have created pants that solve all of the issues we've had with our jeans. I know, it sounds too good to be true, but they are really onto something here. I recently wore the new "How Comfy"(TM) Stretch Knit Boot Cut Jeans for a photo shoot with fellow show hosts Carolyn Gracie and Leah Williams, and we were amazed at the fabric and fit!

Like the top I’m wearing with my Denim & Co.® “How Comfy”™ Stretch Knit Boot Cut Jeans? It’s the Denim & Co. Essentials Long Sleeve V-neck Tunic Sweater (A217424) in the Berry Pink choice, and it’s available on QVC.com.

Here is the behind-the-scenes video from our Denim & Co.® photo shoot and me talking about why these easy-care, comfy stretch knit jeans are perfect for my busy schedule:

First, the "How Comfy"™ jeans look exactly like denim but are actually French terry (96% cotton/4% spandex). Instead of rough denim, you feel like you are wearing your favorite yoga pants. They also have more stretch than normal denim jeans, which means they fit perfectly, even when you are in between sizes. I love that you can wear them all day and the fabric stays soft and comfortable without sagging and bagging.

The waistband is also a problem-solver. Although they look like a regular, five-pocket jean, there is a flat, hidden elastic waistband. This creates the feel of a custom fit. No more muffin tops or gaping. Plus, it is much more comfortable than trying to squeeze it all in while buttoning your jeans.

Carolyn, Leah, and I marveled at the way the "How Comfy"™ jeans seemed to be custom made for each of us. That's because instead of using only a certain type of model, the Denim & Co.(R) team asked women of all different ages, shapes, and sizes to try them on during the design process. They listened to the feedback and made countless tweaks until everyone gave them the thumbs up.

"How Comfy"™ jeans come in five different colors and are available in Petite, Regular, and Tall lengths. While all the colors look great worn casually, I think you will be able to wear the black and grey jeans as beautiful trousers and the khaki is perfect for the office. If you like your jeans to fit lower on the waist or you enjoy that "tight" feeling, these may not be the best choice for you. However, if you have given up on ever finding denim that both feels and looks good, I think you are going to be very happy! I can't respond to your replies here, but I will read them. You can also chat with me directly on my Facebook page.
