My Happy Holidays & Innovations for 2012

by on ‎01-03-2012 01:48 PM

Well, it was really holiday time for me…

I took a superb break and traveled to see friends and family for a little skiing (I mainly drank hot chocolate and cheered on the gang).

But before my husband and I started our holiday, we went to a stunning performance of "The Nutcracker" at the New York City Ballet on Christmas Eve.

I wore a vintage Bob Mackie. I purchased it at a resale store two weeks prior. Boy oh boy, that man can design. I was so proud when a ballerina commented before the show, "What a beautiful dress!" I said, "Well, it's A Bob Mackie original!"

It was a magnificent experience and I've come away with glorious inspiration of color and glamour. The costumes were drenched in wonderful color saturation.

After the ballet and skiing, we spent time at our house seeing friends, going to movies, and drinking great hot chocolates. I've managed a few visits to the gym and started lovin' the zumba classes they give. I might even buy a Zumba video on the Q!!

In 2012, I'll be fit, inspired, and bringing in the new year with shows on January 2 and visits on Q Check and PM Style, plus a 1-hour show at 5 a.m. ET on January 5.

I'll have exciting new innovations coming this year. One secret I'll let out...the runways are showing high-waisted pants again with lots of blousey blouses.
I've got a solution!

See you and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
