Hi PM Style ladies! How much fun was last Monday night? Was I a tech geek or what? I loved that cool new big computer I was using. It was so nice to have everything so large, but also so nice to be able to control everything with the touch of my fingers. Hopefully I'll get to use the HP TouchSmart every week. I even liked how we changed how I stood because that way I could see Lisa and then just turn around when I wanted to talk to you. It felt good.
Thanks for helping me put Lisa into a good mood. I know she was having a bad day, so when the show started she was a little flustered, but then as soon as we got into the swing of things, her smile came back. I think our Monday night get-togethers help put all of us into good spirits. Sometimes it's just nice to get caught up with the girls and what better way to do so than by shopping.
This week is going to feel like we're together a lot. We had PM Style on the 5th, we'll have Lisa's Posh Presents on Friday, and then another PM Style on the 12th. I get to be a part of Posh this year and I'm very excited. Have no idea what to wear, but very excited! I have a long gown that I bought for when Jonathan Redford and I went out to L.A. and I ended up never wearing it out there. That's a possibility, but if Lisa isn't doing a long gown, I might want to do something shorter so we'll see. Regardless of what I'll be wearing I'll definitely be on QVC's Facebook page that night if you want to join me. We're hoping that I'll be using an iPad so that I can walk around the party and hand the iPad to different guests. I know Mally will be eager to say, "hi" to you. Dennis Basso and Michael Dawkins, too! You never know who will say, "hi" that night so it should be fun. Hope you can make it to the party!
Speaking of parties, Steve and I have our first holiday party of the season this Saturday night. We actually were invited to two on the same night, one for QVC, and one for Ford where he works. We're going to go to his work party as the location is closer to home and I have to be at QVC later that night for a show. Not sure what I'm wearing there either, but last year the hostess was all dressed up and looked beautiful and I was in more of a casual dress so I feel like this year I might go fancier. Actually think I might wear the dress I wore on Monday with you. They won't know I just wore it, LOL.
Hope you have a great week. Not sure what you're getting into over the weekend, but enjoy yourselves. Like I said, we have a holiday party on Saturday night, but I also have a jewelry party to go to at my friend Lori's house on Sunday. I'll let you know if I get anything. That's the trouble when you have access to all that QVC has to offer — it's hard to shop for jewelry elsewhere.
