“These boots rock!” was my first thought tonight when I saw the White Mountain Tall Shaft Boot TSV backstage waiting for their midnight presentation.  Each of the four colors represented in a gleaming row; well, sort of.  The taupe pair was in the bedroom set being tried on for size by the Coordinating Producer, who yelled out, “They’re so comfortable!  Order me the Size 9 at midnight!”  The gray pair was on the style set with Floor Assistant who was sitting on the floor pulling them off.  When she saw me coming in her direction, she said, “Do you need these back?  I’m so sorry!  I had to try them on!”

When I heard one of the fashion models say, “I can’t believe the price of these White Mountain boots!  I thought they’d be way more expensive.  I’m ordering all colors for my shoe bag!”, I knew these boots were a hit!

I’m not going to write the obvious:  they’re so cute with jeans, skirts, leggings, etc.  We’re beyond that, right?  How about going a little outside the box and pairing them with a corduroy in a fun fashion color:

 Then topping your look off with a cool poncho:

Voila!  Tres chic.

Or trying classic with a twist for a dressier look:

I bet these boots could even make a burlap sack look good (though I wouldn’t recommend it).
