Hello there!

Happy week of Thanksgiving! Isn't it crazy how fast the holidays have come upon us? I feel like it was just yesterday that we were 12 shopping weeks away from Christmas...

Anyhow, let's focus on this week. Wednesday is my favorite day of Thanksgiving week.  I'll be flying into to Atlanta, and my whole family will be together Wednesday night for a fun casual dinner.  I think its a really special time when family arrives at the same time. There's just something in the air.  Lots of laughs, catching up, and games to be apart of.  This year, my mom is changing up some of the dishes we do Thanksgiving.  We're cooking our Turkey in a smoker, and adding pineapple and squash casserole.  Do you have the same dishes every year? Add new ones?  Love to hear about the dishes that make your Thanksgiving special.

Some exciting news... I now have a "closet" on QVC.com.  All of the clothing and accessories I love at QVC are now available in the same place for your viewing pleasure on the Courtney's Closet page!  You'll find everything from VT Luxe to K-Dash to D&Co. Look for  a video player on the closet page.  This week, I'm featuring a video on fleecy tights.

Believe it or not, Fleecy tights have come to my rescue when it comes to traveling.  Since my family lives in Atlanta... I try to go back to Atlanta at least once, if not twice a month.  Recently, my carry-on suitcase lost a wheel, and things have been so hectic, I haven't had time to replace the wheel. I've been carrying a small Vera Bradley duffel bag back and forth, which means there's not a lot of room.  What I like to do, is grab a black staple skirt, 2 sweaters, and two different color Fleecy tights.  I feel like that Fleecy tights add a pop of color to my outfit and help me look like I'm wearing two different outfits, even though I am wearing the same skirt twice .  They are durable; Fleecy tights keep up with me from daily errands to hoping on trains and planes.  Not to mention, my two favorite colors we offer are the olive and raisin. Let me know what you think about them :-) Check them out here - A217083.

I'm having a holiday party at my house, and I need some ideas for fun Christmas Party Recipes.  Please share your favorite recipes... and perhaps I'll make a few :-) To you and your family... Happy Holidays :-)
